Verbouwing Apotheek Stroomz Stratum

Wat blijft hetzelfde tijdens de verbouwing: 
✅ Wij leggen uw medicijnen voor u klaar. U kunt de medicatie bij ons aan de balie ophalen. 
✅ Of wij leggen uw medicijnen in de afhaalautomaat. 
✅ Of we komen de medicijnen bij u thuis bezorgen. 

Wij kennen uw voorkeur voor de levering van uw medicijnen. Dit verandert niet. Als we uw 06-nummer of uw emailadres weten, dan sturen we u een bericht hierover.  

Wat verandert er tijdens de verbouwing: 
❌ Tijdens de verbouwing hebben we geen geneesmiddelen en geen handverkoop op voorraad. We kunnen wel alles voor u bestellen.  

Hoe werkt het? 
Recepten die vóór 13:00 uur bij ons binnenkomen, worden de volgende werkdag geleverd. Als de arts bepaalt dat uw medicatie dezelfde dag nodig is, dan geeft de arts dit aan ons door. Wij leveren dan gewoon nog dezelfde dag.  

Wat is de planning? 
De verbouwing start in week 31 op maandag 28 juli en zal tot eind november duren. De apotheek bevindt zich tijdens de verbouwing in de hal. U ziet ons direct als u binnenkomt. Als uw bestelling klaarstaat, ontvangt u hiervan een bericht per sms of e-mail. In het bericht staat waar uw medicijnen klaarliggen.  

Betaling 
Onze voorkeur heeft pinbetalingen. Contant betalen is niet mogelijk. Als pinnen niet lukt, overleg dan even met ons. Dan zoeken we samen met u naar een oplossing.  

In het kort
U kunt tijdens de verbouwing gewoon bij ons terecht. Onze openingstijden zijn: 08.30 – 12.30 uur en van 13.30 – 17.30 uur. Wij zorgen er ook tijdens de verbouwing voor dat u op tijd uw medicatie van ons ontvangt.  

En ook na de verbouwing staan wij uiteraard voor u klaar in onze mooie nieuwe apotheek! Hierboven ziet u een foto van hoe de nieuwe apotheek eruit komt te zien.

Renovation of Stroomz Stratum Pharmacy

Stroomz Stratum Pharmacy is undergoing renovations. We will explain what this means for you.

What will stay the same during the renovation:
✅ We will continue to prepare your medication for you. You can collect it at our counter.
✅ Or we will place your medication in the pick-up machine.
✅ Or we will deliver your medication to your home.

We are aware of your preferred method of receiving medication. This will not change. If we have your mobile number or email address, you will receive a message from us about your order.

What will change during the renovation:
❌ During the renovation, we will not have any medication or over-the-counter products in stock. However, we can order everything you need.

How does it work?
Prescriptions received before 1:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.
If your doctor indicates that the medication is needed the same day, they will inform us. In that case, we will ensure you receive it the same day.

What is the schedule?
The renovation will start in week 31 on Monday 28 July and will last until the end of November. The pharmacy will be in the entrance hall during the renovation. You will see us immediately when you enter the health care center. When your order is ready, you will receive a message by SMS or email stating where your medication can be collected.

Payment
We prefer payments by debit card. Cash payments are not possible.
If you are unable to pay by card, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution together.

In summary
You can continue to visit us during the renovation.
Our opening hours remain: 08:30 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 17:30.
We will make sure you receive your medication on time, even during the renovation. And of course, we will be happy to welcome you in our beautiful new pharmacy once the renovation is ready!
